These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Drake’s website, Chrome extension, web app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Drake, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- Who we are
“Drake”, “we”, “us” refers to the operators of the Drake Service. - Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Drake. By using Drake, you confirm you meet this requirement. - Account registration
To access certain features, you may need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- What Drake provides
Drake helps you run LinkedIn workflows such as:
- Connection campaigns
- Messaging sequences and follow-ups
- Profile viewing and engagement actions
- Campaign tracking and reporting
- Optional CRM and inbox features (depending on plan availability)
Drake is not affiliated with LinkedIn.
- Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Drake for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity
- Spam, harass, or send unsolicited content in violation of applicable laws or platform rules
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access the Service in unauthorized ways
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users’ access
You are responsible for how you use Drake and for any content you send through LinkedIn using Drake.
- LinkedIn and third-party platforms
Drake interacts with LinkedIn based on your configuration and actions. LinkedIn may enforce its own rules, rate limits, restrictions, or account actions.
You understand and agree:
- Your use of LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn’s terms and policies
- Drake cannot guarantee your LinkedIn account will not be restricted, limited, or otherwise affected
- You are responsible for configuring your campaigns responsibly and in line with platform rules
- Plans, billing, and subscriptions
Drake may offer free and paid plans.
If you purchase a paid subscription:
- Charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on what you choose)
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
- Pricing and plan features may change over time; changes will apply to future billing periods
If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is resolved.
- Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account (if available) or by contacting support through the Contact page or in-app support.
Unless required by law, fees paid are non-refundable, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. - Free trials (if offered)
If Drake offers a free trial:
- The trial is intended for evaluation only
- At the end of the trial, your access may downgrade or your subscription may begin (depending on what is shown at checkout)
- Intellectual property
Drake and its software, branding, design, and content are owned by Drake or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Drake for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms. - Your content and data
You retain rights to your content. By using Drake, you grant Drake permission to process your data as needed to provide and operate the Service (for example, executing campaigns, storing settings, and showing analytics).
Drake’s handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. - No warranties
Drake is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific outcomes (such as number of leads, replies, or sales)
- Uninterrupted, error-free operation
- That use of Drake will not be affected by platform changes or restrictions
- Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Drake will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Drake’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Drake for the Service in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you did not pay, an amount of $0)
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
- Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Drake harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your use of LinkedIn or other third-party platforms through Drake
- Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to Drake if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect fraud, abuse, or security risk
- We are required to do so by law
You may stop using Drake at any time.
- Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the new Terms.
Your continued use of Drake after changes means you accept the updated Terms. - Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Drake is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules. - Contact
